You have a choice between five different depreciation methods. Using a number of different depreciation journals, apart from maintaining financial journals you can also define journals for business results and other entries.
 

Full life cycle management − from purchase and depreciation to sale or out-of-use
The process starts with the purchase of an asset or its activation in your inventory. There are multiple ways to post financial results of your fixed assets. Sales transactions are processed as a 'default' sales process and are automatically entered as a transaction in the General Ledger and the Asset Book. This adds to ease of use and limits extra entries.
 

Transparent Asset status information
Your ability to view the status of your Fixed Assets is very important, especially when it involves your Rental Fleet. Full integration with all other rental functionality gives you all of the business information you need in real-time, moreover you can quickly access detailed information when you need to make those important business decisions.

Support for non-serialized assets
Non-serialized assets can be managed, for example, using removal models based on equal distribution. This enables you to evenly distribute these assets according to the purchase amount and age of the sold asset (ramps, counterweights, parts of masts, scaffolding parts, etc.)

To define budgets for your fixed assets you can use multiple financial models to make calculations. This supports your decision-making and improves your results.
