The HiGH Software Services & Support department is dedicated to providing high quality proactive support to our customers worldwide and is composed of highly qualified specialists in various functional and technical areas.
Our motto is: There are no standard answers on customers’ questions. Each one of them is to be tackled individually. We take time to personally advise our clients.
Our Services & Support department provides support for DynaRent, DycoTrade, standard Microsoft Dynamics AX and the Microsoft related products (such as SQL, Enterprise Portal, SharePoint).
Our helpdesk can be reached by telephone during office hours or otherwise by mail.
With your permission only we can access your customers’ systems to assist them remotely with their issues.
If required we also provide an on-site support and assist our customers with implementation, software installation, end-user training, minor customizations and proactive MS Dynamics AX application maintenance.
